Gourmet laser-cut knives are crafted in the company’s factory in Germany. Well-balanced and durable, Gourmet knives are made of high-carbon stainless steel. Gourmet knives feature a new handle design made of highly durable synthetic material – Polyoxymethylene (POM) – which has a tighter molecular structure to resist fading and discoloration.

5" Spreader - 2801-7

The Gourmet 5" Spreader Knife smoothly cuts and spreads butter and other condiments such as jam, peanut butter, and mayo. The knife features a serrated section that cuts through bread, cheese, fruits, and vegetables.


2 1/2" Paring Knife - 4010-7/07

The Gourmet 2 1/2" paring knife is the second most important knife to have it the kitchen. The small narrow blade tapers to a point at the tip and is easy to handle making it the perfect knife to trim and slice and peel small produce such as garlic cloves and herbs.

3" Serrated Paring Knife - 4011-7

The Gourmet 3" Serrated Paring Knife is the second most important knife to have it the kitchen. The small narrow blade tapers to a point at the tip and is easy to handle making it the perfect knife to trim and slice and peel small produce such as garlic cloves and herbs. The hollow edge contains evenly spaced vertical indentations that create small air pockets between the blade and the food. These small air pockets gently push food off the blade and reduce the friction and drag when slicing.

3" Spear Point Paring Knife - 4022-7

7" Santoku, Hollow Edge - 4188-7

The Gourmet 7" Hollow Edge Santoku Knife is designed with a thinner blade than the traditional chef’s knife, at a 10 cutting edge, and gradually curves up at the very end providing a straighter edge.
